In my last post, I invited you to reflect on the concept of resourcing. These internal and external supports help you meet life’s intensity with a little more steadiness, connection, or groundedness. Today, I'd like to offer you a few somatic practices and journal prompts to help you deepen your connection to those resources.

You don’t need to do everything at once; you might try one exercise and one question, or you may notice what you feel drawn to or resistant to. You might come back to these when you’re in a moment of need, or when you’re simply wanting to reconnect with yourself more intentionally.
